Description of the plant:
Chinese senna is perennial and can withstand frost. It reaches a height from 80 up to 90 cm and needs a sunny location in a normal soil. Chinese senna belongs to the herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Propagation:
Start seeds from April to June directly in the garden. It is also possible to sow them indoors in March in pots and transplant them later to the garden.
I sowed Chinese senna on 9th March 2005 indoors. On 18 th March 2005 they germinated.
