Healing power:
- against winds,
- antibiotic, because of the ingredient allicin,
- against arteriosclerosis,
- to lower cholesterol,
- against high blood pressure,
- in case of general weakness,
- to increase power,
- to use for cirrhosis of the liver,
- against cancer.
How to use:
Take 2 - 3 times per day one fresh clove of garlic in salads or on bread. The disadvantage is, that your breath stinks.
As a very good anti-aging-preparation the following is suggested:
You take ca 30 peeled cloves of garlic and 5 biolemons with skin. Put it in a mixer and mix it. Then you boil all only for a very short time in 1 litre of water.
This beverage tastes astonishing well and the best is: You don´t stink of garlic.
The cooled liquid pour in bottles and store them in your refrigerator.
Take now 3 weeks this beverage in a small glass for spirits. Then you make a break for 8 days. After the break you repeat the treatment for 3 weeks.
Make this treatment once a year.
It is said, that this treatment can remove hardenings during short times.
Description of the plant:
Out of the litte cloves in spring the plant grows with long, lanceolate leaves. Dig the tuber cules with the little cloves of garlic.
Garlic reaches a height up to 1 m and gets red-white flowers.
The soil should be well dunged and not to moist.
Propagation:
Plant the little bulbs at the beginning of April directly in your garden. Out of the bulbs are growing the bigger tuber cules, which can be digged in autumn.
Ingredients:
Allicin,vitamines A, B1, C, nicotinacidamid, cholin, iodine, rhodanhydrogenacid.
Recipe for garlic soup:
1 tuber cube garlic
3 onions
parsley
50 g olive oil
30 g flour
1 litre water with vegetable stock cubes
120 g cheese (gouda)
creme faiche
The onions have to be fine cut and steamed glassy in the olive oil. The garlic has to be pressed through a garlic press and has to be added. Stir the flour and pour the 1 litre water with vegetable stock cubes.
Put the fine rubbed cheese on on the soup, after you have boiled it for 15 minutes.Take the soup from the stove.
Put creme fraiche and parsley on the soup and serve it with white bread.
