Description of the plant:
Ma Huang grows perennial, can withstand frost and reaches a height up to 60 cm. The plant needs a sunny location in a normal soil.
Ma Huan is used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Progagation:
Szart seeds from March to June indoors in flats. The seed needs much warmth for germination. When the plants are big enough to handle transplant them into a sansy and porous soil. Fertilize it regularly.
I sowed Ma Huang on 31th March 2005. On 5th April it germinated.
