How to use:
The young little leaves are picked without the middle rips and dried.
Recipe for the Ash-tree leaves tea:
Pour 1/4 litre water on 2 dessert spoons Ash-tree leaves, boil it only for a short time, let it draw for 4 minutes, then pass it through a sieve. Drink 3 cups of Ash-tree tea per day.
