Recipe for the Gentian vine as healing vine:
The active substances of the Gentian are extracted by the alcohol out of the plant. The best is to use pure vine from biological cultivation.
Mix 0,25 litre white or red vine with a knife point of Gentian root powder, only warm it. Do not boil it. Drink the vine before the meals.
Recipe for the Gentian tea:
Pour 1/4 litre of water on 1 dessert spoon Gentian root powder and boil it for 5 minutes. Drink the tea before the meals.
In homoeopathy the remedy Gentiana lutea, which is made out of the roots, is used.
Gentian shouldnīt be taken by pregnant women, people with stomach and intestine ulcers and poeple with hypertension. Description of the plant:
