To tint hair darker:
You collect approximately 19 green shells of Walnut, not the hard ones, which everybody knows. Those shells you chopp in a mixer, which you have to fill with a little bit of water, so that the puree is covered. You have to boil the puree for 30 minutes. The formerly green colour changes into brown.
After the puree is cooled down, you pass it through a sieve in order to get the clear liquid.
Wear rubber gloves during hair colouring in order to prevent your hands from getting dark.
Then distribute the liquid in your hair and after you have finished wear a shower cap.
Let it draw for 1 to 2 hours. Then wash it out.
Lowering the risk of getting a heart attack of nearly 50 %:
Eat 16 g Walnuts per day. That are approximately 4 Walnuts.
